Returns and cancellations

If you live in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason. The 14 days start from the day you, or someone you name, receive the last item in your order. If your order has not been fulfilled yet, you can cancel it at any time before it ships.

How to start a request
Sign in to your account at https://shopify.com/81883496693/account, open your order, and choose to return or cancel it. You will receive an automatic confirmation of your request.

Sending items back
Please send the items back within 14 days of telling us you want to withdraw. You are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping. Any return shipping or restocking fees will be shown when you submit your request.

Refunds
We will refund your payment, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request. We may hold the refund until we have received the items back or you have provided proof that you sent them, whichever comes first. We will refund you using the payment method you used for the order. If you chose a delivery option that costs more than our standard shipping, we will not refund the extra cost.

Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized, goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, or sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery.
